Videos for use during “stay at home” efforts

OK ladies. At a young age, I committed to never making exercise videos!!!! I love to teach but in person only because it allows me to address issues I see with your movement strategies. I am only doing this to help you during our “stay at home” efforts. Soon we will be back in studio and moving! Until then know that I dearly miss each of you and can’t wait to be back in studio with you. Also, you know my strengths…and clearly videoing classes is not one of them- excuse the lack of parts of me throughout the video, my weak voice and shortness of breath. I am much better in person :) This has been a humbling experience. I promise my head was in the test videos :) Give me feedback and I may add more.
