Session Structure

Our studio is equipped to give you a unique experience that will bring rapid transformation. Our sessions are designed to challenge the mind and body to recalculate and recalibrate while performing functional movement patterns.  We utilize a combination of equipment CoreAlign, Reformer, Cadillac, SpringBoard Wall Unit, Wunda Chair, Arc, and TRX. The equipment is weight loaded through gravity, springs, tubes or bands leading to safe training loads that allow the body to develop strong connections and correct imbalances. 

We offer Private, Duet or Group Sessions. Once you have been evaluated we will discuss the best route for you to move forward within the studio. For optimum results, we recommend you commit to a regular practice of at least two or three times per week. Our instructors will help you determine the best plan and session type for you to get the most out of your training. Please contact studio for pricing.

For new students, we recommend scheduling an Initial Session for assessment , guidance and learning. Our knowledgeable instructors will address your goals and needs while introducing you to the exercise techniques we offer. You’ll get a good sense of the work and have a clear direction for moving forward.

Private sessions are the best way for you to get the most out of your training. We can optimize your training and transformation by tailoring a program that focuses on you- based on your goals, your strengths, your issues or injuries.  We will work with you to create and maintain a successful personal practice regardless of your age or fitness level. 

Duet Sessions offer semi-private sessions if you and a partner would like to practice together. Duets are a great way to get a somewhat personalized session with the additional accountability and motivation of a partner. To ensure that duet sessions are the best option for you both, we will assess your fitness level and compatibility. 

Group Equipment Sessions are a great way for healthy committed students to maximized their personal practice. We organize groups so students are at compatible levels of fitness and understanding of the exercises. Because each group is limited in size, you'll get individualized attention.  Groups are great for accountability -plus, they are fun and motivating, since you develop an ongoing relationship with your instructor and the other students in your group! If you’re interested in joining a group equipment session, please schedule an initial session with one of our instructors who will work with you to develop a program to best meet your individual needs and goals. We suggest our initial package as a great way to get started. To give you optimum results, we generally recommend 8-10 private sessions prior to joining a group.

Here is a general description of each group level. Some of our group sessions have names the session instructor will be able to give you more information about the session level. 

Level 1

Level 1 sessions allow you to become familiar with your body. During the class our instructors emphasize the fundamentals of movement and proper body positioning while getting a full body workout. The Level 1 groups are open to students with some experience, and who are mostly injury-free.

Level 2

Level 2 sessions practice beginning and intermediate exercises. The pace of the class will also increase as you will be stronger familiar with the instructors queuing. You'll be challenged and get a complete body workout.

Level 3

Level 3 sessions will require the student to fully focus and maintain mind/body connection to preform more advanced movements. The class expanded your awareness and efficacy creating a new level of conditioning and ability.
